When the scent of mulled wine, roasted almonds, and freshly baked cookies wafts through the streets, it's that time again: The popular Musical Christmas Market in Antweiler opens on Saturday, December 13, 2025, for the 34th time with its festively decorated stalls.
Around the community center, visitors can expect a charmingly decorated Christmas village with lovingly designed sales stands, offering handicrafts, regional specialties, and Christmas gift ideas. Culinary delights are well taken care of – from potato pancakes to punch and traditional Christmas treats, there is something for every taste.
The musical supporting program makes the market a special experience: choirs, brass groups, and local music clubs provide festive sounds to create a reflective atmosphere and set the mood for the upcoming Christmas celebration.
The Christmas market begins on Saturday at 4:00 PM and invites guests to linger, enjoy, and explore until the evening hours. On Sunday, it starts at 11:00 AM and at 3:30 PM, St. Nicholas will pay a visit.
