Get ready for an unforgettable journey through time and nature! The Fürstin-Margaretha-Weg takes you into the heart of the historic landscape of the former Duchy of Arenberg. Between the wide mountain ranges and quiet valleys of the Eifel in the upper Ahr valley, you will experience a hike that combines history, nature and impressive views.
The route takes you through the villages of Aremberg, Eichenbach, Wershofen and Antweiler, which once belonged to the Principality. Quiet forest passages, open panoramic stretches and views that you won't soon forget await you along the way - especially the magnificent view from Wershofen to the Aremberg and the Arenberg castle ruins.
