Startpunkt Martinszug
Traditional "St. Martinszug" where children and their parents walk with laterns along the streets, in front of them a man on horse who plays the roman soldier Martin who later became bishop of Tour (in France).
The Antweiler Fire Department cordially invites you to the traditional St. Martin’s parade, accompanied by the Limbachtaler Musikanten. The meeting point is at 5:30 p.m. at the market square near the pizzeria, where young and old will gather to walk through the festively lit village carrying colorful lanterns.
Afterward, the children will receive their St. Martin’s rolls at the fire station. The popular grand raffle, featuring attractive cash and non-cash prizes, will take place throughout the evening. Refreshments will be plentiful—warm drinks and delicious food will be available.
The Antweiler Fire Department looks forward to welcoming many visitors and to an atmospheric evening full of light, music, and community.
