The house is located in a quiet and sunny location with a partly covered and furnished new terrace, the renovated and newly furnished apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the forest. Shopping facilities, sports facilities riding arena / hall, tennis courts and fitness center can be reached in a few minutes. For hiking enthusiasts, the hiking and forest trails start after about 100 meters. Nürburgring guests can reach the start and finish area after approx. 7 km, the old Nordschleife in the area of the Adenauer Forest / Fuchsröhre / Schwedenkreuz after approx. 1.5 km on foot. The house has an apartment for up to 5 people with the possibility of an extra bed for up to 6 people and a double room / shower / WC. WLAN is available throughout the house.
